How to Raise a Complaint

A friendly HVAC provider talking with a homeowner beside a central air unit outside a Warren home

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Pickingdrama Heating & Air to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to raise a concern and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You are welcome to write to us about:

  • Your experience when you phoned or contacted Pickingdrama Heating & Air
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a provider we connected you with

When the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If there is a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to bring it to the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest. A provider who repeatedly falls short of what we expect may be removed from the network. Please know that Pickingdrama Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, deal with warranty claims, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

How to Send Your Complaint

Email contact@pickingdrama.beer and include:

  • Your name and the preferred way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

What Comes Next

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we will write back with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about an HVAC contractor, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help as well.
