Disclaimer: What This Website Is and Is Not

Last updated: October 2026

Take a breath and read this short note before you use pickingdrama.beer. This page is a general template and is not legal advice.

Referral Help Only

Pickingdrama Heating & Air is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent HVAC providers. We do not diagnose, repair, maintain or install air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps or any other equipment. If someone works in your home, that person is an independent provider, not Pickingdrama Heating & Air.

Not an Endorsement or a Promise

Being connected with a provider does not mean we recommend that provider. We make no promise about the quality, timing, price or results of any provider's work. We also cannot say that a provider will be available to help in your area at a given moment. Each provider answers for its own licenses, insurance, certifications, warranties and conduct.

For General Reading

The content here is meant to inform in a general way. It is not professional, legal, safety or financial advice. Every home and every system is different, so what fits one house may not fit yours. Talk with a qualified provider about your own situation.

About Prices

Any dollar figures on this site are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. They shift with the job, the location, the equipment and the labor involved. Ask the provider for a written estimate before any work starts.

Efficiency, Rebates and Financing

What we say about energy efficiency is general. We do not promise any level of energy savings. We do not offer, arrange or promise rebates, tax credits or financing. Ask the provider and your local utility which programs might apply to you.

Safety Comes First

HVAC equipment involves electricity and refrigerant, and in many homes natural gas or propane too. Please do not put yourself at risk. If you smell gas or a carbon monoxide alarm sounds, step outside and contact your gas utility or local emergency services.

How We Are Paid

Pickingdrama Heating & Air may receive payment from providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. The Referral Marketing Disclosure has the details.

Accuracy of This Site

We try to keep the information here correct and up to date. Even so, we do not warrant that it is complete or without mistakes.
